Interactive presentation setup for Körber in Dubai

As part of the 2025 Körber Leadership Meeting in Dubai, Garamantis was commissioned to set up an interactive presentation space. This meant that our very first project for Körber took us into a high-profile international setting, whilst at the same time presenting us with the challenge of developing a bespoke solution within a very short timeframe.

The aim was to bring the Group’s strategy – with its focus on automated, intelligent and renewable technologies (AIR) – to life for the management team. To this end, Garamantis designed and developed a bespoke multi-touch application. On a multi-touch table, guests were able to explore megatrends, technology trends and smart factory innovations in an intuitive way. In addition, guided tours offered the management the opportunity to explore the content in greater depth.

Innovation meets experience

A particular highlight was the specially developed AI avatar installation: with the help of artificial intelligence, guests were able to generate their own avatars within the context of automation technology. When printed out, these avatars served as innovative badges – a playful element that both sparked conversations and ensured lasting attention.

This project demonstrates how interactive technologies can not only convey content, but also bring dialogue, exchange and innovation to life.
