The Female Impact Summit took place for the first time on 10 February at the Berlin Capital Club. Initiator Zhang Yu, a successful entrepreneur and networker, invited 120 women from different business sectors to exchange ideas and inspire each other. Topics of the evening included women’s visibility, artificial intelligence in business and crisis management. The aim of the Female Impact Summit is to create a diverse platform for exchange between female leaders and to bring together outstanding women.

Multi-touch scanner table supports networking

Garamantis supported the first Female Impact Summit at the Hilton Berlin with a central networking tool: A multi-touch scanner table with an attached screen presented the event programme and all speakers. At the interactive table, participants could write their own wishes and ideas for the network on small cards and scan them at the table. The table presented all ideas as a digital guest book and invited to network together.

Finance Minister Christian Lindner attended the Female Impact Summit and described the meetings as influential. Success, he said, is determined by one’s attitude and approach to challenges. “This is where we in Germany can learn from others. Then we in Germany should not complain so much, but we need more doers in our country”.
